Returns & Exchanges

At Mia Tui, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Simply ensure all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the unused bag or accessory back into its original dust bag and protective shipping box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
